Description

The TA Coordinator is responsible for the screening stage and for providing administrative assistance to the selection process, collaborating in ensuring that we have the best talent for the position through an efficient process administratively and timely.

The TA Coordinator has a specific and relevant role, being the key member to achieve TA operational process excellence, responsible for the continuous improvement and the disruption from new technologies.

This contract is for a defined period of 12 to 18 months.

Responsibilities:

· Adjust and standardize job descriptions

· Edit, post, publish, unpublish and close job requisitions in Taleo

· Screen candidates in Taleo, including daily inbox cleaning and real time Steps and Status maintenance

· Filter and review candidates with TA Consultant

· Schedule TA and HM interviews

· Send candidate information to HRSC/HR from Taleo to Workday

· Request medical exams

· Request HireRight background check

· Follow up HireRight background check and medical exams through system and IHS area

· Candidates dispositioning / candidates feedback

· End to end recruiting process of junior positions when required

· Continuous improvement of transactional processes

· Internship program - support during all selection process:

  • Resource (scheduling with universities, rooms and all necessary)

  • Support in interviews and panels

  • All procedures of contracting (medical exams, HireRight, monitoring of contract with Cia de Estagios, offer, send to Workday, coordination with payroll)

  • Prepare and send information: names/data for onboarding process

Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology, administration or related

  • The ability to manage conflicting priorities

  • Teamwork skills and a desire to work within a team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Full proficiency in English
