Cimarron is seeking Pipe Stress Engineers to support the Mobile Launcher 2 (ML2) program. The ML2 will be used, like the first mobile launcher, as the platform for assembling and testing the Space Launch System (SLS) in the Vehicle Assembly Building at the Kennedy Space Center, transporting the rocket to Launch Complex 39B, and supporting the vehicles launch. - Perform pipe stress analysis of systems following ASME B31.3 code using AutoPipe.
- Model piping systems to verify piping flexibility, stability, and qualification of equipment nozzle loads.
- Work closely with layout personnel and pipe support engineers to deliver a quality and cost-effective design.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and vendors as required.
