Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Molding Teams operate assigned automated molding machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsabilități:
Operează și întreține presele de injecție.
Inspectează vizual produsul matrițat care este produs pentru a se asigura că corespunde cerințelor specificate conform planului de inspecție a calității și al cărții de matriță.
Ambalează produsul finalizat conform procesului de ambalare specificat.
Completează documentația necesară pentru a raporta producția, materialele inutilizabile, timpul mort, problemele și aspectele legate de echipament și raportarea muncii.
Umplerea containere lor și etichetarea produselor.
Mutarea produsului de la un proces la următorul.
Încărcarea și descărcarea componentelor în și din matrițe (în funcție de automatizarea mașinii).
Cerințe:
Studii liceale – profil mecanic;
Cunoașterea defectelor de injecție, eliminare defecte de injecție;
Întreținere și schimbare matrițe.
Bune abilitati de comunicare, de organizare si gestionare eficienta a timpului si resurselor;
Stabilitate, atitudine pozitivă, dorință de implicare și dezvoltare profesională.
