JOB REQUIREMENTS: Want to assist in getting a mother out of the home for \"me\" time? Community Horizons is assisting with the recruitment process of amazing caregivers to work directly with a member in his home allowing for flexible scheduling in Tigerton. The schedule is part-time. They are short shifts to fill your day. With help on Fridays and Saturdays at times as well. Tasks include but are not limited to: Incontinence changing and toileting assistance. Tube feeding (G-tube experience preferred). Suctioning every 15-20 minutes. Bathing Dressing Activities The pay starts at \$17 per hour. Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organizations or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
