ManpowerGroup Front Office Administrator in Tigard, Oregon

Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a Front Office Administrator to join their team. As a Front Office Administrator, you will be part of the Administrative team supporting the clinical staff. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle unexpected situations which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Front Office Administrator

Location: Tigard, OR

Pay Range: $23-$25 DOE

What's the Job?

  • Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders, as necessary.

  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Coordinate medication deliveries and document.

  • Coordinate with external testing labs to ensure effective communication, scheduling, and process.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Position, or related field preferred.

  • Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
