Inside Sales Representative
FT Salary Non Exempt Office Worker Salary Range:$39,000.00 To 41,000.00 Annually
*Summary/Objective *The Inside Sales Representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to customers. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

- Translation, quote and sales order entry
- Working with other departments to satisfy customer's needs
- Training on product knowledge and markets
- Customer research and field sales coordination
- Quotation follow up and customer relationship development

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., however, position may require flexibility in work hours.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous Sales, Customer Service or related experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- College Degree
