1，行政管理
1）办公室管理：负责办公室日常事务的安排和管理，包括接待来访者、文件归档、办公用品及员工活动用品采购等。
2）行政支持：协助部门进行会议安排以及跟进重要事件和项目的进展。
3）文件处理：负责收发文件、资料整理和存档，保证文件的准确性和机密性。
4）印章处理：按照公司政策指引，根据授权内容审核用印资料审批，办理日常用印工作；收集和反馈日常用章过程中存在的异常问题；定期归档已办结印章申请和及时录入与维护未办结印章信息。
2，数据分析
1）完成公司安排的数据录入工作，确保数据的准确性及完整性,有自我检查和交叉检查数据的方法和能力；
2）协助部门经理组织并跟进部门员工订单，安全，质量，成本，应收账款指标的分析；
3，品牌和社交媒体运营
1）协助部门经理与公共事务部对接，通过不同平台对公司进行宣传，提升公司整体专业形象，并对分公司，经销商等进行服务，销售渠道等方面的培训与沟通；
2）协助部门经理与电商营销平台的对接与运作；
4，完成主管安排的其他工作
成功的候选人需要具备
1）本科及以上学历，有行政、运营相关经验优先。
2）具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同层级和部门的人员进行有效协调。
3）熟练运用办公软件，具备较强的文档处理和数据分析能力。
4）细致认真、注重细节，具备良好的时间管理和组织能力，能够在多任务环境下高效工作。
5）具备保密意识，对机密信息进行严格管理，并遵循相关法规和公司规定。
