Career Outlook Electrician in Three Rivers, Michigan
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with experience in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems on manufacturing equipment, not facility maintenance. Ideal candidates will have a Journeyman's card or at least 7+ years of direct electrician experience in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities:
- Work on electrical systems for manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot and maintain high-voltage systems (480V, 120V, down to 24V DC circuitry).
- Perform industrial maintenance, including electrical and PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley preferred).
- Familiarity with Program Frequency Drives and experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers is highly valued.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of direct electrician experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in industrial and electrical maintenance.
- Experience with PLCs, CNC machines, motors, and associated circuitry.
- Ability to troubleshoot proximity switches, light screens, safety circuits, motors, drives, relays, and more.
- Automotive industry experience is a plus.
