Summary: The Customer Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing quality care, customer service, employee performance, and overall customer satisfaction for our valued clients.
Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee quality care and overall client satisfaction. Supervise and provide guidance to the Caregivers who provide direct care to the clients served. Manage employee scheduling, identify problem situations, and implement proactive solutions. Maintain strong and positive relationships with referral partners, payor sources, and clients. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Conduct periodic home visits and safety checks

Qualifications: associate or bachelor's degree in business, Nursing, Social Services, or related field of study preferred (per regulatory requirements). Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement. Valid driver's license and auto insurance. Effective verbal and written communication. Excellent customer service skills
