Robert Half Customer Service Representative in the Woodlands, Texas
Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role is an integral part of our Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, setting up new customers, and providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving inquiries
• Set up new customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
• Keep track of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain customer records and perform data entry tasks
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions in a timely manner
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times, contributing to a supportive, team-focused environment. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, able to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Experience in a call center customer service role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
• Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and interpret data effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, able to create, format, and edit documents as required TalentMatch®
