College of Mount Saint Vincent Visiting Assistant Professor of General Physics and Mathematics in The Bronx, New York

The Division of Natural Sciences and the Department of Mathematics and Data Analytics are seeking Visiting Assistant Professor for the 2024 -2025 academic year beginning August 16, 2024.
Responsibilities:
Teaching lectures & Laboratory sessions in the following areas:
Physics
Pre Calculus
Linear Algebra
Effectively instruct student and provide guidance in the classroom
Actively participate in departmental programs
Attend departmental meetings and University required events
Requirements
Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics or Applied Mathematics
Postdoctoral research and teaching experience are preferred
Ability to work in collaboration with on - campus and off campus faculty

The annual salary range for this role is $68,000- $70,000
