Hands on experience in Configuration of PRI Link and SIP Trunk integration with third party SIP Servers.
Good in troubleshooting of issues related to Cisco Voice Gateways(SIP,H323)
Expertise in troubleshooting voice protocols like SIP, H323 and RTP
Knowledge on Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN, Analog Signalling and SIP.
Knowledge on Tollfree number and DID Number functioning.
