About the Position: Red River Army Depot (RRAD) is located in northeast Texas, 19 miles west of Texarkana and approximately 170 miles northeast of Dallas. Responsibilities Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates. Evaluate overall performance of subordinate employees. Establish priorities to meet maintenance program deadlines. Ensure review of procedures and recommendations for equipment and facilities. Analyze production data resolve problems pertaining to the maintenance program. Organize resources to obtain maximum efficiency of assigned production operations. Analyze production schedules for maintenance production programs to reduce costs. Develop long range work plans to meet workload changes and alleviate production delays.
