Role Overview: The Product Strategy & Support Lead, serving as a strategic consultant within the Chief Product Officer’s team at Ankura.ai, is essential for driving initiatives related to product development and sales strategies. This role encompasses strategic planning, project management, operational oversight, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Additionally, the lead will act as a Business Group Operations Partner, supporting business group leaders by enhancing performance and efficiency, managing risk, and enabling practice growth.

This position is a USA remote job, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Facilitate strategic plans to advance product development, sales strategies, and market entry.

  • Executive Support: Ensure effective communication between the Chief Product Officer and departments, managing schedules and communications.

  • Program Management: Lead cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and addressing challenges.

  • Product Management Support: Oversee product teams, recruitment, and development of product management processes.

  • Operational Efficiency: Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity, implementing best practices.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Promote a collaborative culture, mentor staff, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, representing the Chief Product Officer as needed.

  • Business Group Operations: Support business groups in strategy implementation, special projects, and liaison with People/Finance/Legal functions.

  • Resource Management: Review employee utilization, manage budget, and forecast resources to ensure project delivery.

  • Financial Support: Assist in budget processes, forecasting, and financial management.

  • Employee Engagement: Create a supportive environment for employees, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Strategic and Operations Management: Facilitate strategic planning and operations management, focusing on metrics and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field, with 10-plus years of strategic experience in technology or consulting, focusing on product development and sales.

  • In-depth knowledge of software development processes and product management methodologies, including agile and scrum frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and the competitive landscape.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and critical thinking skills.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in program management, product development, and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
