Position Overview:

Express Employment Professionals are seeking skilled, detail-oriented individuals with a strong background in working with precise measurements and angles, utilizing tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CNC machines for a Custom Metal Fabricating position. In this role, you will use your expertise to precisely measure, cut, and fabricate custom metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications for Metal Fabricating:

• Proven experience in metal fabrication, particularly in metal building fabrication.
• Skilled in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) and calculating angles.
• Strong focus on precision measurements and angle calculation.
• Proficient with CNC machines, saws, and plasma cutters.
• Ability to lift heavy materials.

Key Responsibilities for Metal Fabricating:

• Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) to fabricate custom metal components to exact specifications.
• Calculate and cut metal parts to correct angles using angle finders, protractors, and CNC machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD designs, and technical drawings for accurate measurements.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Schedule and Hours:

Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, overtime as needed.
