We are seeking a skilled and motivatedHVAC/Refrigeration Technicianto join our team. This position is available at either aTier 1 or Tier 2 level, depending on your level of experience and expertise. As a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality service, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and supporting the maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment.\ Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration components.
• Assist in conducting system inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and team members to gain knowledge, develop skills, and enhance technical expertise.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on service progress and offering recommendations for repairs or system improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:\ Tier 1 Technician:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HVAC systems installation, maintenance, or repair.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, grow, and expand knowledge and skills in the HVAC industry.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
• Located in Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, or Gilbert.

Tier 2 Technician:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC/Refrigeration Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation.
• Solid understanding of refrigeration principles and experience with refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC and refrigeration system issues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid EPA Section 608 certification preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
• Located in Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, or Gilbert.

Pay: \$67,612.00 - \$84,348.00 per year
