We have an immediate career opportunity for a Project Event Coordinator. The Project Event Coordinator will provide effective and efficient administrative support on Customer Service matters to the Customer Service Management, including maintenance of team documentation, plans and reports, directing and coordinating project work (assigning tasks, controlling schedule); ensuring deadlines are complied for submission of Customer Service reports and other documentation, coordinates motivational/employee engagement activities for both Tempe and Costa Rica sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in communications to the VP of Customer Service

  • Provide support and manage communications to the floor for managers and directors

  • Inform the department of any events, activities, or updates occurring in the CRC as well as in Costa Rica

  • Create and execute events at CRC and assist for Costa Rica location (As One, EOS, CS Week, and Peak Season activities)

  • Assist in the creation of other events in departments and provide support to managers

  • Update communications for the floor on a monthly or quarterly basis (Arthur Wall, Newsletter, Suggestion Box, etc.)

  • Maintain a social media presence

  • Assist in social responsibility activities

  • Update and communicate monthly birthdays and anniversaries to the floor

  • Update and communicate monthly activity calendar and adjust for changes

  • Create, organize, and maintain the Facilities sharepoint, and photo files on shared drive and update Smart Connect

  • Assist with bi-monthly Town Hall slide creation, LSA and EOQ presentations deck creation, and take pictures to upload to sharepoint

  • Assist with procurement, order creation, expense tracking. Establishing reporting and control procedure while providing timely and accurate information to the Head of CS and Finance Manager.

  • Fill in for any other CS-related duties when Executive Assistant is unavailable and other tasks assigned by the Head of CS.

  • Support other CRC Departments with As One events (DCS/BIT)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years experience in an administrative/support role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Typing skills (excellent)

  • Time management and organization skills (excellent)

  • Customer contact skills (preferable)

  • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) (excellent)

  • Communication skills, spoken and written (excellent)
