Verde Outdoor Media is looking for a Local Sales Manager for our NE Market, located out of Pennsylvania.

Verde Outdoor Media, LLC is an out-of-home (OOH) media company based out of Phoenix, Arizona, and a growing addition to the family of companies owned by Ernest Garcia II, founder of DriveTime. Job Summary:

This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on sales duties, focusing on driving revenue growth through effective management and personal sales performance. The Local Sales Manager will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve targets.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.

  • Implements targeted, innovative, customer centric, business focused initiatives that drive revenue growth by leveraging appropriate resources and partnering with stakeholders.

  • Cultivates market insights that navigate new opportunities while helping to grow share with the existing base of customers.

  • Drives revenue goal attainment, both quarterly and annually while reporting, revenue projections, and forecasts.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and a customer-centric culture.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.

  • Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client meetings.

  • Close sales and achieve personal sales targets in addition to team goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.

  • Oversees the daily workflow of the market.

  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.

  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years of media/advertising sales or relevant experience.

Media sales experience.

Must be able to travel as required.
