Aerotek has an immediate opening for an HR Assistant / On Boarding Administrator at their Tempe, AZ office.

Job Summary :

The On-Boarding Administrator is responsible for ensuring our customers - including but not limited to contract employees, clients, program offices, and alternative delivery teams - receive superior post-offer screening support as well as on-boarding and off-boarding support. The On-Boarding Specialist is also the primary liaison with the corporate office regarding all compliance audit related issues.

Essential Functions :

  • Ensuring that contractors are informed about all pre-employment screen requirements.

  • Ensuring all potential contract employees adhere to pre-employment screen guidelines and are taken removed from the process if they are not compliant.

  • Ensuring an adequate supply of Pre Employment Packets are on hand

  • Completing pre employment paperwork and orientations with contractors

  • Assisting the Alternative Delivery CSA "payroll & billing Specialist" to ensure the accurate and timely entry of starts and finishes in PeopleSoft

  • Managing the HR folder process

  • Selling Direct Deposit or electronic deposit and CashPay to all contractors and clients

  • Managing and communication of preemployment requirements

  • Managing and communication of off-boarding requirements

  • Ensuring a smooth hand off to the Employee Care Associate once contractor is fully on-boarded.

Minimum Education/Experience/Abilities/Skills :

  • 2 years' experience in a customer service related position

  • Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service

  • Ability to priorities, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals

  • Ability to communication effectively and provide proper follow up
