Robert Half Fulfillment Specialist (Tier I) in Tempe, Arizona

Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous and organized Fulfillment Specialist (Tier I) to be a part of our team in the Payroll Services industry, located in Tempe, Arizona. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be tasked with assembling payroll packages, keeping track of package flow, and ensuring the security of client information. You will also be expected to keep the distribution equipment in a state of readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble payroll packages in accordance with client number and prepare them for delivery.

• Ensure the security of package flow and location by completing all package confirmations and checklists.

• Adhere to all security and audit procedures to protect client information.

• Record and escalate issues to the relevant parties to prevent any missing or incorrect output.

• Maintain the readiness of all distribution equipment through regular cleaning and user maintenance.

• Stage packaging supplies as necessary to ensure production readiness.

• Handle multiple tasks without compromising the quality or integrity of packages.

This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Proficient understanding and application of payroll procedures and policies.

• Ability to maintain high quality standards in all aspects of work.

• Familiarity with 'About Time' timekeeping software.

• Experience in a production environment, preferably within payroll services.

• Knowledge of security protocols related to sensitive payroll information.

• Excellent written communication skills for correspondence with clients and team members.

• Experience with confirmations, specifically in a payroll context.

• Ability to track and resolve issues related to missing invoices.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software.

• Familiarity with packaging components in a payroll setting.

• Experience in developing and implementing audit plans.

• Ability to use checklists to ensure completion of tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
