Description We are searching for a Customer Service Rep to join our team located in Tempe, Arizona. As a member of our organization, you will be working in the manufacturing industry, specifically assisting customers through phone and email. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity where you will help troubleshoot errors for customers using the company's kiosks and process credit card refunds when necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the use of company's kiosks
• Accurately process customer credit card refunds as needed
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken
• Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer applications
• Maintain and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Demonstrate proficiency in numeric 6,000 - 8,000 KPH
• Show a mastery of ten key by touch skills
• Utilize proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all customer communications
• Exhibit strong customer service skills to guarantee customer satisfaction. Requirements • Proficiency in numeric typing with a speed between 6,000 - 8,000 KPH
• Demonstrated experience in Records Maintenance
• Proficiency in Ten Key By Touch
• Proficiency in alpha typing with a speed between 6,000 - 8,000 KPH
• Proven skills in Proofreading
• Strong customer service skills and experience
