Job Title: Client Service Rep I

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Our client committed to supporting individuals in their pursuit of independent living and self-determination. As a Client Service Rep I, you’ll serve as the vital link between Case Managers, Support Circles, and internal teams, ensuring that onboarding processes run smoothly and that client files are managed efficiently. You’ll be responsible for handling sensitive information, coordinating communication, and providing top-notch service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage onboarding pipelines and maintain a client base of 150+ case files.

  • Develop, verify, and update Support Plans while coordinating with Case Managers and Support Circles.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and documenting issues.

  • Organize meetings, manage calendars, and perform general administrative tasks (filing, typing, correspondence).

  • Maintain accurate filing systems, update CRM records, and manage documentation through Box.

  • Conduct audits, address billing concerns, and ensure adherence to confidentiality and company policies.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree or management experience preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in virtual platforms like Zoom, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel.

  • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain composure during high-pressure situations.

  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Professional, punctual, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work.

Work Environment:

  • Standard 40-hour office workweek, with the company laptop remaining on-site.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
