Position Overview: As an HR Intern, you will learn to promote and maintain positive employee relations at Mulzer Family of Companies. You will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of managing the day-to-day people operations activities which will include benefits, recruitment and retention activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Coordinate new hire onboarding * Assist with recruitment and retention activities. * Assist with company events and communication. * Support the HR Department with maintaining employee personnel files and filing systems - including, but not limited to onboarding, creating new folders, filing employee paperwork, terminations and I-9's. * Assist Human Resources to perform all other duties as assigned.
