We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the International Gaming team! We are looking for a professional who can work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our Tel Aviv office, you will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across advertisers. You will be tasked with helping us deliver better campaigns through category-specific insights and learnings to ensure our campaigns are running optimally and constantly adapting to new findings and new products.

What you’ll do:

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships and spend with key clients by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations

  • Partner with Account Executives and Creative Strategists throughout the launch phase to develop insight-driven digital campaign strategies on Snapchat to deliver measurable ROI for our clients

  • Dive deep into campaign performance data; guiding KPI driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, seasonality trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve results, and providing recommendations for upsell opportunities

  • Serve as the product expert by educating advertiser on Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices as a vertical gaming expert

  • Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform and auction-based tools, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis to influence incremental spend

  • Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the account management group

  • Have proficient knowledge of Snap’s data and analytics tooling ecosystem (Looker, Metamarkets, Big Query, etc.)

  • Build and automate workflows/dashboards/internal tooling for the gaming sales organisation.

  • Troubleshooting third party analytics tool or MMP with business support teams along with running creative audits and bid optimization reporting.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)

  • Proven ability in data visualisation, automation and analytics.

  • Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes

  • A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance marketing, ad-tech, or programmatic, or paid social campaigns.

  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem

  • 2+ years working in excel using advanced formulas and advanced powerpoint skills and google sheets.

  • 2+ years of experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights

  • Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating advertisers

  • English and Russian Language.
