The Opportunity:

For our Marketing Adult Nutrition Division we are looking for a great talent to join our Marketing team as a Junior Brand Manager . This will be an office based role, located in Tel Aviv, Israel.

As Jr Brand Manager, you will be accountable for leading Adult Nutrition brands within the HCPs and consumers and support the strategy development and implements through the effective use of the sales team, to grow the business in Israel.

You will collaborate with multi-functional teams (including sales, finance, supply, regulatory, medical, legal, customer service, advertising, research, and media agencies) to implement strategy and tactical execution for business success.

What You'll do:

  • Demonstrate strong execution capabilities - Plan, Implement and execute and regularly track the brand’s plans (“hands on”)

  • Manage your brands’ third-party suppliers to ensure promotional campaigns are developed appropriately and delivered effectively on time and on equity

  • Execute congresses plan - sponsorships process, exhibition, KOL’s lectures, etc.

  • Contribute to forecasting, demand management and supply

  • Analysis and business acumen: conduct regular business analysis as an integral part of your responsibilities, track progress against marketing initiatives and return on investment analysis for the marketing initiatives

  • Know your who - Identify costumer needs, gain customer insights to build marketing tactics that will grow the brand’s overall performance

  • Manage promo materials process – evidence base support clinical articles, approval process, produce process and inventory management

Required qualifications and background:

  • University degree in Marketing/ Business or related field.

  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in marketing from pharmaceutical industry

  • Trade / Sales / In-Store understanding

  • Experience in OTCmarketing

  • Fluent English and Hebrew

  • Passionate, curious, eager to learn with strong analytical and presentation skills and integrative thinking

  • Collaborator, team player, Integrator - strong communication capabilities to work with multifunctional teams

  • Entrepreneurial set of mind, business oriented with a can-do mentality and a will to win

  • Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Good understanding of the local pharmaceutical industry
