Meta Gaming Analytical Lead (Short Term Employment) in Tel Aviv, Israel

Summary:

The Analytical Lead partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Metas most important commercial relationships in the Israeli tech scene.The Analytical Lead is a strategic solution-driver who puts our partners at the core of everything they do. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, creating scaled ROI-positive marketing strategies, and driving satisfaction in innovative ways. This is done through the combination of strong marketing and media understanding and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. You should have a deep passion for startups, tech, marketing, data & Metas products. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, being comfortable working with large data sets to identify performance patterns and translate into solutions. Additionally required is working with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines and aggressive targets. The position also entails the ability to create strong partnerships through nurturing relationships and becoming the sought out expert for all things marketing, and by that becoming a strong influence power with our partners. This is a short term employment position, lasting 12 months.

Required Skills:

Gaming Analytical Lead (Short Term Employment) Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

  2. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption

  3. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta's solutions

  4. Media Strategy

  5. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

  6. Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation

  7. Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs

  8. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery

  9. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

  10. Project Management and Internal Operations

  11. Project manage complex workstreams

  12. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

  13. Understand and execute global marketing

  14. Drive and measure brand and performance metrics

  1. Intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in ambiguous environment

  2. Good relationship & communication skills. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team

  3. Ability to act as a consultative agent to a client, establish meaningful relationships and drive clients to actions

  4. Ability to travel as needed for client and agency meetings

  5. Project management abilities, with experience completing projects with minimal direction with high attention to detail. You are able to prioritize your work, focus on impact and take initiatives. Ability to manage complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to details

  6. Demonstrated analytical thinking & data analysis that resulted in delivering actionable insights/recommendations. Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights

  7. Proven record of using data to solve problems: knowledge in SQL is a great advantage

  8. Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills

  9. Fluency in English and Hebrew

  10. 3+ years of relevant experience

  1. Gaming, marketing, BI or growth experience strongly preferred

  2. BA/BS degree

  3. Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, funnel management, retention, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)

  4. Experienced working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies having demonstrated leadership experience

  5. Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management
