Essential Job Summary:

The Program Manager in Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our internship and apprenticeship programs. This role is responsible for recruiting interns, managing program calendars, coordinating executive speakers, and fostering university relationships. Additionally, the Program Manager will develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, transitioning military personnel, and other partners to build a robust talent pipeline. This role also includes recruiting for corporate functions such as Human Resources, IT, Finance, and Accounting.

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Internship Program Development: Build and expand the internship program, including recruiting interns, developing program calendars, and coordinating executive speaker sessions.

  • University Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities to support the internship program.

  • Partnership Management: Maintain and develop relationships with trade schools, transitioning military personnel, and other partners to build a talent pipeline.

  • Corporate Recruiting: Handle recruiting for corporate functions, including Human Resources, IT, Finance, and Accounting.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance talent acquisition programs.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with stakeholders to discuss program status, goals, and improvements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years expereince in program or project management, with a focus on talent acquisition.

  • Demonstrated expereince in recruiting for Corporate Functions roles

  • Understanding of internship and apprenticeship program development.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with universities, trade schools, and other partners.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and talent acquisition software.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
