Welder & Fabricator - Weekly Pay
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced fabricator to join our fabrication department. The role involves working with various clients to produce high-quality parts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
Responsibilities
Analyze, read, and interpret blueprints and work instructions to take and/or read measurements to plan layouts and procedures.
Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind, or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
Weld components using welding equipment in various positions such as vertical and horizontal.
Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material.

Work Environment
The work environment is a large and loud family-owned welding facility. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 4:30pm, with optional Saturdays from 6am to 11am.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TEA, South Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
