Apply now for the position of Market Insights Lead, and you will be part of transforming our Global Marketing Organization into a best-in-class function within the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry. This is a Director level individual contributor role.

Your role:

• You will define and translate key business questions and objectives into actionable study plans, advising and choosing appropriate research methods, guiding and tailoring innovative research design, and presenting actionable insights to partners to drive product development and commercialization strategy.
• You will consolidate, synthesize, and analyze market data and evangelize data-driven decision making across the company.
• You will monitor, understand, and prioritize market and competitive trends, and drive cross-functional understanding of the most critical issues that leads into the development of the optimal strategic direction.
• You will bring to life customer segments across geographies to enable efficient targeting and effective positioning.
• You will drive strategic / landscaping assessments to develop, maintain, and execute pipeline of opportunities of various complexity and size.
• You will partner with the marketing teams to develop marketing strategies, business cases, and campaigns for our entire portfolio.

Your expertise:

• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI), ability to draw insights from data, and mastery of conceptualizing, visualizing and presenting your findings.
• Ability to listen to and interpret qualitative and quantitative data, synthesizes data into an understandable narrative, and effectively communicates findings to stakeholders.
• Laboratory Diagnostics

Additional Preferences:

• Combination of agency and global marketing roles.
• MBA.

The pay range for this position is $163,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
