Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Exhibits & Sponsorship Specialist - Temporary in Tarrytown, New York

The Temp Exhibits and Sponsorships Specialist is responsible for providing proactive support to Regeneron's Commercial Operations team. Specifically, the person in this position assists by providing tactical day-to-day support, including, but not limited to, vendor setups and edits, payment processing and reporting in support of Commercial requests for funding.

A typical day may include

  • Serve as support to all Commercial Exhibit and Sponsorship leads.

  • Coordinate the Exhibits and Sponsorships vendor, payment and reporting processes for Commercial.

  • Liaise with Vendor Maintenance and Accounts Payable teams to address questions and obtain approvals on submitted requests.

  • Prepare required reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.

  • Manage weekly reminders to requestors and approvers.

  • Stay abreast of all pertinent company policies, procedures and government regulations that relate to Company-sponsored events and thereby actively contribute to Regeneron’s continued compliance with same.

  • Support new initiatives and ad hoc projects, as necessary.

This role may be for you if:

  • Detail orientated with strong problem-solving skills and operational experience.

  • Experience using exhibit/event and grant portal systems is preferred.

  • Outstanding customer service skills with proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, vendors and partners.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual and/or in-person environment and manage competing priorities.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

To be considered for this opportunity, you have your Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
