We are currently seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to assist our General Manager in elevating the dining experience for our guests.
Job Summary: As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and inspire a diverse team with a positive, hands-on approach to management. - Ensure the restaurant team delivers exceptional service to guests, making their dining experience memorable. - Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to develop a high-performing team. - Handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact, ensuring their feedback leads to constructive changes. - Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging open communication among staff. - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Oversee the maintenance and overall ambiance of the restaurant to ensure it meets health, safety, and aesthetic standards. - Perform minimal administrative tasks, including inventory management and ordering supplies, as necessary to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
