CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TECHNICIAN III

OVERVIEW

The position is responsible for the continuous improvement plant wide implementation supporting moonshine fabrication ( fabrication of furniture ex. Material racks, trolley ,push cart ) and 5s (sort, set in -order, shine, standardize and sustain) execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure Safety in Moonshine shop

  2. Maintain Shop discipline and unnecessary use of the Moonshine Facility

  3. Performing leg work fabrication.

  4. Material inventory update per project before end of the shift.

  5. Ensure housekeeping of tools and equipment.

  6. Support on idea generation of continuous improvement implementation.

  7. Support on 5S + 1 execution.

  8. Overtime work recommendation/planning during moonshine production criticality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Engineering Vocational Course.

  • With at least 5+ years of experience in the related field specifically in fabrication.

  • Has knowledge in moonshine fabrication, welding, project planning and execution.
