JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and enter End Item and Spares customer orders

• Update SAP fields for order processing

• Process Change Notice (CN) through SAP

• Create Line of Balance (LOB) report on a weekly basis.

• Screen Purchase Orders & contracts for discrepancy and inconsistency.

• Coordinate with internal & external customers with PH manufacturing requirements.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Handle complaints - provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

• Perform other duties as required by departmental procedures

• Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Bachelor’s degree or a combination of 2 years education and work experience

• Excellent computer skills

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Be flexible with regards to working hours, environment, and overtime

• Have the ability to meet targets and deadlines

• Knowledge of processing orders in a manufacturing and distribution environment

• Possess the ability to track, process, and update orders

• Possess good interpersonal skills

• Highly skilled in maintaining records of the orders processed, received, and delivered

• Possesses good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Possesses good customer service skills

• Ability to work in diverse working environments

Eligibility:

Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year

Must not be under Performance Success Plan

With at least a year in his/her current position
