Collins Interiors Service and Support (ISS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Claims and/or Pricing Analyst to join a growing and expanding team.

This position my support either pricing, claims, or both.

Job Duties

  • Analyze and process customer late delivery claims for Interiors Service and Support

  • Assist with group mailbox management including tasks such as new claim intake, claim approval tracking, communicating claims position to customer, and closing out finalized claims

  • Price spare parts for ad hoc customer requests, spares parts lists, and yearly customer and product line catalogs

  • Interface with Supply Chain on part cost detail when required

  • Partner with various functions to gather required information including Contracts, Business Development, VSLs, Finance, and Customer Service

  • Extract and manipulate large amounts of data in Excel

  • Help develop new processes to improve accuracy and efficiency

  • This job may require working with external and internal customers

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • A University degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of finance, business, or data analytics experience or related fields

  • Strong Excel skills required, specifically “vlookups”, pivot tables, conditional formatting, “IF” queries etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

    Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with internal company accounting systems like E1 or SAP

  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Comfortable working on team with a somewhat undefined, growing and evolving statement of work with likely process and systems changes/improvements

  • Ability to question, challenge and make decisions based on data and facts

  • A positive “can do” attitude

  • Adaptable to change

  • Proven and relevant internal and external customer experience

  • Communication skills – ability to communicate at all levels from Operations to Management
