Job Responsibilities:
Repairs and maintains s ite p roduction machines, instruments and equipment to ensure that they function reliably and comply with process specifications.
Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs site production machines, instruments and equipment to ensure that they are in good operational working condition.
Responds to emergencies , Andon , breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating problems to minimize disruptions to manufacturing processes
Executes preventive maintenance programs, practices and techniques to ensure that site facility and production machines, instruments and equipment are in proper working condition .
Works with OEM/Machine agent/C ontractors/ S uppliers on site facility and production machines, instruments and equipment R epairs /Calibration/Preventive Maintenance (PM).
Assists in various assigned projects or continuous improvement group activities .
Provides feedback and recommendation to Maintenance and Facility Supervisor/Manager on operational and maintenance requirements
Upkeeps the maintenance records in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in timely manner.
Supports Total Productive Maintenance Implementation (TPM) .
Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others .
Qualifications:
2 years or 4 years Degree /Diploma with 2 years’ experience in a Manufacturing company with Mechanical/Electrical Engineering exposure .
Installation and commissioning experience are advantageous.
Knowledge of TPM.
Proactive, resourceful with strong problem-solving and technical analytical skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision .
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge on industrial Automation & PLC is an added advantage.
Able to work monthly rotating shifts which included night shift, weekends and public holidays
