Purpose of the Job
The role is directly responsible for the development of software and Apps program to support product and process improvement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new features and functionalities for the application, ensuring high performance, scalability and reliability.
• Perform software functionality/applicability test at post development stage.
• Plan, design, develop, trouble shoot and maintain software/program application.
• Write clean, efficient, and documented codes using VB/C#.NET & MSSQL, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript for Desktop and Web Applications.
• Reverse engineering existing software applications
• Manage software development life cycle and monitor system performance.
• Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.
• In absence of a degree, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Good communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience in conventional machining and assembly.
• B asic k nowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Able to complete tasks on time and to specification.
• Able to work on own initiative and willingness to learn, and a good team player.
• Work experience in conventional machining and programming CNC machine is an advantage.
• Must not be under Performance Improvement Plan.
• Must not have had any disciplinary case within the past year.
• With at least a year in his/her current position.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
