Eaton Corporation Associate Analyst - Planning in Tanauan City, Philippines
What you’ll do:
This position is responsible for the production planning to ensure optimized production capacity and meet on time delivery based customer demands. The incumbent will implement, maintain and incorporate production planning and inventory management, at the same time work very closely with local logistics function to meet, customer and company requirements.
• Plan and monitor resource allocation/production capacity /material to meet sales/customer requirements. Ensure customer satisfaction through on time delivery and quick response to customer concerns.
• Ensure shipment plan is according to customer order and plant manufacturing capacity; Plan, collaborate with cross functional teams to meet on-time delivery.
• Monitors production line manufacturing capacity and production order fulfil rate.
• Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, values, behaviors and encourages continuous improvement.
• Strict compliance to PPC procedures of Work Order Management and Order Fulfillment.
• Communicate to Customer Sales Representative for the fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Update Material Master parameters in SAP Unity
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of production planning, supply chain or related experience.
Skills:
• Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, decision making and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient at developing and implementing Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Master Schedule, Risk Analysis assessment and Change Management procedure
• Capable production capacity analysis
• Strong leadership skills; Ability to drive results
• Experience and knowledge of ERP MRP systems (preferably SAP/MFG Pro)
• Bilingual: English/ Tagalog. Mandarin a plus ; Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills; Ability to drive results even as an individual contributor
• Knowledge of Lean principles a plus
