What will you do?

As a Security manager, you will oversee security operations covering geo-political analysis, crisis management, investigations and security operations covering a corporate office and one plant. You will also be responsible for digital security innovations for the region. You are expected to manage this with remote supervision, and be able to work non-traditional hours as needed. You should be comfortable in working in both an office setting and factory setting as well.

Your key RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Manages planning and coordination of the security function aligned with the Global Security Action Plan for geographic area of responsibility.

  • Provides security leadership to the sites and establishes the regions security business plan.

  • Plans, organizes and directs the activities of on-site P&G security personnel and ensures their actions comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and meet corporate and customer needs.

  • Contributes to policies, procedures, standards, training and methods for identifying and protecting intellectual property assets, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, product tampering, espionage, sabotage, or loss.

  • Manages complex security improvement programs across business units, service organizations and geographic area of responsibility.

  • Plans, develops and implements procedures to obtain, maintain, secure, analyze, account for, and provide information from assessment reports.

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably from International Relations, International Law Major, Criminology.

  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa and English.

  • One to three years of experience in security management.

  • Preferably have a working knowledge of Outlook 0365 tools, Power Automate tools & Microsoft Power Platform products (Sharepoint, PowerApps, Power BI etc)
