Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Use of best practices in moulding area to keep operation in safe, quality and efficiency condition
Implement and cascade LEGO Cultures, KPIs, Target from Manager level to Shopfloor employees
Representative for Head of Department to adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards
Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off
Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills
Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members
Managing employees requests and transgressions
Training new and current team members on tasks.
Do you have what it takes?
At least 4 years' experience in plastic company as similar position.
Intensive and deep knowledge in Injection Moulding Operation, Plastic experiment; familiar working in plastic injection industry, a solid experience and expertise to manage a team over 10 peoples - and is capable of transforming this knowledge and experience into results through solid trainer skills and behavior.
Degree in engineering, or mechanical is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation and goal-setting
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional organization and time management abilities
Conflict resolution skills
Customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively
Traveling (occasionally, based on business needs)
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed)
Fluent in English (Writing and Speaking) is required
