Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the LEGO Production team meets the reliability requirements of the company and product quality.

  • Coordinate the area staff in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager in order to compleate maintenance activities.

  • Coordination with other departments.

  • Ensure the development of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, creation and execution of continues improvement journey.

  • SAP Management – Machine Maintenance function.

  • Troubleshooting through the root cause mindset.

  • Coordination and feedback to colleagues in other plants.

  • Participate in projects to improve processes and equipment.

  • Participate in the development of new machinery with the project area.

  • Must be able to take the initiative and responsibility in solving critical and chronic problems in machinery.

  • Guarantee the support in the identification and requisition of critical spare parts.

  • Take responsibility for the appropriate integration and / or implementation of the QEHS System in the operational processes of your area and ensure its effectiveness.

  • Assign the necessary resources for the management of the QEHS system in the area.

  • Provide support, participate proactively and demonstrate leadership on QEHS in your area.

  • Comply with the QEHS legal requirements, standards (External / internal) and others applicable to your area.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Having about3 years experience in Maintenance Injection Machine or engineering area.

  • Electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineeringor similar.

  • Machine Safety Knowledge.

  • Working knowledge of Mechanics, pneumatic, electricity, electronics.

  • Industrial drawings

  • High level of analytical skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Good oral and writte communication skills.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Knowledge of Problem solving (Lean/Six Sigma).

  • Global Travel required.

  • Weekend and off shift working hours may be required during implementation phases.

  • Thirst for knowledge and development

  • High flexibility.

  • Project and stakeholders management
