Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and reliable operation of packing production equipment daily.

  • Repair and troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, conveyor systems, robotic and PLC-driven equipment.

  • Evaluate machinery for effective operation.

  • Execute preventive maintenance as scheduled.

  • Support production changeovers and equipment operation.

  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel, engineers, and operators.

  • Report repairs and faults to supervisors and maintain records.

  • Prepare mechanical documentation and process descriptions.

  • Support installation of new lines.

  • Draft analysis reports for breakdowns over 60 minutes and use Power BI for data analysis.

  • Offer and implement solutions using PDCA, share technical knowledge.

  • Train technicians and operators in technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

  • Execute special projects and assignments.

This position is responsibility to support the Operation with safety and reliability in execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance of the production equipment to fulfill the high flexibility of demand from customers.

Do you have what it takes?

  • High school diploma, vocational school, college, or university degree.

  • Minimum 2 years of equipment maintenance experience.

  • Knowledge of equipment, tools, and materials in assigned area.

  • Familiarity with applicable practices, methods, and procedures.

  • Experience with problem-solving and PDCA.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive service attitude, personal and professional ethics.

  • Willingness to travel as assigned (including overseas).

  • Ability to read and understand basic technical datasheets and manuals in English.
