EXOS Kid Care Party Attendant in Tampa South, Florida

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We're seeking a Kid Care Party Attendant to join our team. As our new Kid Care Party Attendant you will:

  • Set-up and take-down party decorations and/or equipment according to purchased party package

  • Create a positive and welcoming environment

  • Ensures that each party starts on time

  • Assist with check-in, waiver signing and directing guests to party location

  • Work closely with children and parents, anticipating needs

  • Ensures the safest environment possible in the pool and party room

  • Engage children by organizing and leading games

  • Ensures all equipment used in party is properly put away

    Other Functions:

  • Work together as a team with all departments

  • Reports to direct supervisor with all guest service issues, negative or positive related to the birthday party guest experience

  • Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene

  • Keep the party supplies stocked and clean

  • Monitor pool slide

  • Learn proper emergency procedures and follow as necessary, including completion of Incident/Accident reports

  • Other duties as needed

    The Ideal Candidate would have:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to stand for several hours during the same shift

  • Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills

  • Sincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with children

  • CPR/AED certification or willing to obtain upon hire

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Basic understanding of the MS Office suite

Physical Requirements:

  • Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday.

  • Frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily.
