Citigroup VP / Resolution Planning Reporting Lead Analyst in Tampa, Florida

The Rosetta Ops Lead Analyst is a strategic professional and member of an operations team that is responsible for the business administrative and reporting activities associated with Citi's resolution planning data aggregation and reporting platform. The Lead Analyst is an individual contributor that performs operational activities, produces complex analyses and reports for senior management, leads and executes end-user activities associated with system enhancements, and acts as a reporting subject matter expert for resolution planning analysis and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs detailed operations and validation activities associated with the aggregation of data from many source systems. Ensures consistent reporting and data quality of source systems.

  • Performs monthly runbook processing and validation activities, ensuring consistent reporting and data quality from source systems.

  • Designs and analyzes complex data reports for use by resolution planning teams, senior management, and regulators.

  • Recommends and oversees process improvements.

  • Manages and executes operations activities associated with system enhancement projects.

  • Ascertains business requirements, conducts data analysis, performs proof of concept and impact analyses, conducts user acceptance testing, and ensures changes are implemented successfully.

  • Develops a comprehensive understanding of resolution plan data sourcing, in order to support and influence cross functional teams and management. Prepares analyses, reports, presentations, and other communications for senior management consumption.

  • Drives compliance with applicable regulations and policy, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field

  • 5+ years experience in in data analysis

  • 3+ years program Management skills, with attention to detail and ability to deliver on milestones

  • Subject matter expertise in MS Excel , proficiency in Word and Power Point

  • Demonstrated excellence in producing executive level communications

  • Financial analysis experience preferred

  • Excellent analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experience in working with large and complex data files.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues to senior managers.

  • Organizational and project management skills.

  • Problem solver with the ability to translate plans in actions.

  • Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables.

  • A mature & dependable team player with a positive attitude.

  • Rosetta experience is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience,

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
