We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support our team in Tampa, FL . In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of BSW contracts within our organization. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams, and working with the BSW Operations leader to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

The Role
Project Planning and Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
Assist with development and implementation of WFM
Coordinate with the executive team to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead a diverse team of telecom professionals, including project coordinators, project managers, contractors, and some field personnel
Foster a collaborative work environment and provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as finance, executive team, operations, engineering, and regulatory compliance
Execution and Quality Control:
Manage construction schedules and resources, optimizing efficiency and productivity
Conduct or coordinate site visits to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds quality standards
Budget and Cost Management:
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation to achieve project objectives within budgetary constraints
Monitor and control project expenses, review contractor invoices, and resolve any financial discrepancies
Assist executives with new SOW’s and ensure that all related parties have comprehensive understanding
Executive Communication:
Establish effective communication channels with executives, and functional managers
Collaborate with utility companies, and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and facilitate project approvals
Provide regular project updates, status reports, and presentations to Executives; highlighting key milestones, risks, and accomplishments
Requirements
Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in telecommunications industry
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with executives at all levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project objectives
Valid driver’s license
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
