Citigroup Program Management Reporting VP (Hybrid) in Tampa, Florida

The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) Program Management Reporting Lead is a role within Citi’s Global Program Governance organization focused on the creation, enhancement, and automation of existing and new executive reporting on Citi’s Book of work. The CPMC BoW Data and Reporting function reports on 19,000+ work efforts in Citi’s Book.

Responsibilities:

  • Produces/Enhances executive reports on Citi’s project work to enable Org PMOs BoW review for completeness

  • Executive reports are produced, as part of tight coordination and collaboration with the team, following steps in the “Process Control Manual” with a combination of automated and manual steps. Every step must be “confirmed” as complete throughout the process. Communication of progress is critical to the team’s success.

  • Responsible for self-quality checks and peer-quality reviews, to ensure a zero-defect executive report.

  • Builds a comprehensive understanding of subject matter and related reporting products and establishes self as Program Management Reporting subject matter expert.

  • Focuses on on-time delivery of reporting and improving overall timeliness of CPMC Executive reports through simplification, process improvement and automation.

  • Partners with report owners to enhance existing reports with aging and trending information.

  • Partners with report owners and technology teams to further automate existing reports.

  • Creates new reports tactically with longer strategic plan to automate with technology partners.

  • Focuses report automation priorities to address Risk areas and create efficiencies.

  • Responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

  • Drives automation enhancements through to delivery (i.e. Define business requirements, Participate in User Acceptance Testing, etc.)

  • Provides in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

  • Interfaces with senior project management staff and client senior management and Organization PMO representatives regarding BAU and ad-hoc reporting needs.

Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of experience in a similar function, executing reporting, analysis and data visualizations.

  • Experience in Business Analysis and leading automation efforts with technology teams.

  • Advanced MS Excel user. Must be able to do pivot tables, vlookups, graphs and charts in Excel.

  • Advanced user of a database management system such as MS Access, Knime, My SQL, etc.

  • Tableau Experience a plus.

  • Strong analysis and reporting skills; focus on quality and automated reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Demonstrates maturity in looking out for best interests of enterprise and not solely own business or team.

  • Builds and sustains a network of strong client relationships / business partnerships.

  • Considers broad implications of decisions on different functions and units. Thinks strategically and articulates concepts clearly.

  • Builds a comprehensive understanding of key clients, subject matter, and priorities.

  • Strong collaboration and diplomacy skills with colleagues within and outside of working groups

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Ability to work under tight strict deadlines and shift from one task to another on short notice as priorities change.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
