Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in MLT and 0-3 years of experience. This position involves running EIA testing across chemistry analyzers, maintaining inventory, performing lot-to-lot validations, and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation. The role also includes training for toxicology LC/MS review on a rotating basis. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Hard Skills

  • Florida Clinical Chemistry License

  • Associate's Degree in MLT

  • Experience with AU680 chemistry analyzers

  • Ability to maintain inventory and perform lot-to-lot validations

  • Troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation

  • Efficiency in performing linearities and quality controls

  • Knowledge of toxicology LC/MS review
