Are you passionate about craftsmanship and precision? Join a local manufacturing team where you'll be responsible for manufacturing cutting tools for large CNC machines used in top production facilities. As a key player in the production process, attention to detail and dedication to quality will help ensure the products will meet the highest quality standards. Experience is not required but previous experience working within a manufacturing facility is preferred!

Responsibilities
Operate machines for welding, grinding, and annealing foam cutting blades (no prior welding experience needed).
Maintain production, manage blade stock, and cut pieces to customer specifications.
Assess coil quality, cut and weld pieces, grind and smooth blades to required dimensions.
Monitor supplies, report low stock, and prepare finished products for shipping.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the production area and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and safety inspections.
Collaborate with leadership and departments to enhance business performance.
Follow documentation and safety protocols; complete assigned tasks on time.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
