Insight Global Lead Food Supervisor in Tampa, Florida
Job Description
A client in hospitality and food service is hiring lead food supervisors to manage shifts, entirety of meal services, cook, follow safety and sanitation procedures. In this role, these candidates will be directing inmate staff on their responsibilities to ensure breakfast, lunch and dinner is prepared correctly & on time to be served. The ideal candidate is someone who cultivates inspiration in a team environment by directing staff with compassion, energy, and a positive attitude. This role has the opportunity for advancement over time.

Skills and Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in professional food service environment
- High School GED
- Willingness to work in a county jail & positive/compassionate attitude - Supervisory/Management experience null
