Citigroup IT Business and Financial Lead Analyst, VP in Tampa, Florida
This is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Demand Management Processes to analyze and prioritize the Technology Book of Work
Create financial reports and meet with technology team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior management during the planning cycle.
Review and track financial spend across multiple technology organizations.
Monitor adherence to financial guidance and targets and help identify any potential variances or risk.
Collaborate with Chief of Staff (COS) teams to gather variance explanations and ensure clarity and accuracy.
Assist in drafting executive-level commentary for regulatory reporting and for senior leaders.
Collaborate on the preparation of various financial and Book of Work (BoW) decks for meetings with various internal clients and senior leaders
Assist in various Ad-hoc report and analysis request from internal client, FP&A and Senior Leaders
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Qualifications:
6+ years’ experience in Financial Analysis
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting and reporting.
must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter.
Exception analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with experience drafting executive level commentary.
Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across diverse teams in a fast paced environment
Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers and a desire to improves processes.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and be adept at data queries and formatting, pivot tables, report writing, and presentations.

Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
