Job Summary/Objective
The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for updating computer databases, maintains documentation and report discrepancies, monitors and maintains current inventory levels, tracks inventory movement & quantities, and investigate discrepancies in our manufacturing facility.
Essential Functions
Reviews documentation and updates computer software for inventory movement and quantities
Place labels on pallets to identify the item, lot #, & expiration date
Reports any stock discrepancies between physical counts and computer database information
Maintain and track inventory data trends in excel sheets
Performs physical counts or cycle counts of inventory and reconciles actual stock count reports
Load/unload incoming/outgoing trucks using forklift and/or pallet jacks
Follow company policies and cGMP practices for regulatory and documentation requirements
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
Required Experience
Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing).
Forklift experience- Ability to drive Stand Up Forklift, Reach Truck, Electric and Manual Pallet Jack
Proficient with Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, and Excel (with ability to learn other software applications).
Knowledge of inventory software, such as QuickBooks and/or SAP applications
1 year of inventory or supply chain experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
